I am a UX Researcher because I am great at creating solutions that help people achieve their goals. I am challenged by the fact that at our core, we are driven by goals and things that we do can be related to a goal or another. Design that is mindful and effective bridges the gap between functionality and goals. Abstracting this a step further, even entities such as businesses have goals that need to be met. I take pride in being able to create products that serve both the business and its users.
My background in research and technology lets me do what I enjoy best: helping people create great solutions.
Originally from Malaysia, I currently live in the San Francisco Bay Area. I have a Masters in Information Management and Systems from UC Berkeley and a Masters in Computer Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology. I have 2 pugs, I box, I love reruns!
